The diagnosis of attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity of children and teens occurs more and more often. A child with this syndrome is very impulsive, experiences difficulties with focusing, can’t sit calmly. A so-called attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is, usually, perceived as something unimportant as far as it has nothing top do with physical pain. However, this disease may cause very serious consequences in the future.

There is a number of possible online solutions for ADHD and simple lack of attention. These methods are aimed at the development of attention and memory, thinking, logical-mathematical abilities, spatial representations, connected speech, arbitrary regulation and self-control.

Not only attention tends to develop after applying such games and applications. The same happens with perception, thinking, memory, creativity, self-control, reading, pronunciation, mathematics, writing, knowledge about the world, motility, talent, and even self-esteem.

Sure, any issues related to bad memory or inattention do not necessarily have to be called ADHD. Sometimes, that is caused by laziness and misunderstanding of the subject. Often, such problems are the results of bad teaching and parenting. Anyway, they can be fixed.

Here are some advices on how to cope with low concentration rate.

  1. Relax before studying.

Educational process absorbs too much energy at the place, so you have to take a short break after arriving at home. The first approach, more traditional one, is about letting your body and mind relax. Many scientists recommend focusing on one’s breathing. The method is based on the existing link between the breathing rhythm and human consciousness. It is recommended to focus only on the next purpose: you need to sink slowly into the rhythm of your breathing. Tibetan monks have proved this method works. So, what’s the point for the students to stay away?

  1. Leave all bad emotions aside.

Get rid of negative things: smile, avoid the feeling of rage, anxiety, any form of stress, etc. Ask people around for help or sort out relationships with beloved ones.

  1. Mind what you eat.

Pitch in green and yellow vegetables, whole grain products and nuts. Avoid crisps, “Coke” and other fast food stuff. Drink more clean water. Forget about alcohol beverages – they all reduce concentration.

  1. Develop a temporary table of 30-60 minutes periods with 5-10 minute breaks between them.
  2. Whenever the music makes it easier for you to relax and focus, turn it on. But only one type of music is recommended by psychologist in this case. Right, it’s all about classical music.
  3. Don’t look for excuses, look for inspiration!

Another catastrophe of the modern student is the permanent lack of time.It occurs for various reasons: the desire to party and spend more time with friends. The need to work and financially support one’s family, lack of sleep, etc. Good time management means a careful approach to daily scheduling. Select only those things which you need, and you like to do. Devote more time to those activities that bring more benefits (studying, essay writing, training, eating healthy food, drinking clean water, visiting places of interest). Invest less time into some senseless leisure which still makes you rest (computer games, online chats, parties, gigs). Finally, delete those which make no sense. For instance, there is no point in attending design courses if you plan to become a famous basketball player. Focus more on doing music if you like it rather than watching rugby match. Remember: it’s not the life of your friends, parents, teachers, or Johnny boy. It’s only up to you to make a decision
